modernize/upgrade "New JSF bean" wizard

• added Faces 4 ClientWindowScoped (with warning if project uses JSF 3.0 or older)
• disabled "Add data to configuration file" check for Faces 4+ projects
• moved some logic from switch/maps to enum fields
• small refactor/modernization of the code
