gpsd 3.21 (released in 2020-08-04) moved gps_data_t->status to gps_fix_t.status

tested with both old and new gpsd versions

Did you have gpsd running during testing? GPSTests was hanging for me in that case, endlessly waiting for some gps data, because I don't have a gps module.

No. I've only compiled it with different versions.

Just checked, it also hangs for me if the service is running.
