NIFI-15404 Schedule Security Maintenance Tasks with Virtual Threads

Summary

NIFI-15404 Replaces dedicated Thread Pools with a shared TaskScheduler using Virtual Threads for the following application security maintenance operations:

• Checking for application Keystore and Truststore file changes
• Rotating signing key pair for Application Bearer Tokens
• Removing expired authorized clients for OpenID Connect sessions

This refactored configuration removes the need for several persistent threads, in favor of reusable Virtual Threads for the listed infrequent tasks.
