NIFI-3742: Fixed handling of nulls in DELETE for PutDatabaseRecord

@mattyb149 Tested with a CDC use-case, after applying this fix, I was able to replicate DELETE statements even if the row includes null columns. +1.

I fixed the white spacing in the changed code then merged into master. Thank you very much!
