NiFi-6773 - Adds the lz4-framed option to the CompressContent processor for both compression and decompression. Utilizes the commons.compress library already employed by other compressors present. Adds two unit tests: one for compression, one for decompression and adds a compressed SampleFile.txt in lz4 format under test/resources/CompressedData.
