NIFI-9393 Set Port Scheduled State for Flow Definitions

Description of PR

NIFI-9393 Updates the component mapping process to set the Scheduled State for Input Ports, Output Ports, and Remote Group Ports when downloading a Flow Definition as JSON from a Process Group.

Changes include updating the Standard Process Group to disable Input Ports, Output Ports, and Remote Group Ports when uploading a Flow Definition with those components having a Scheduled State of DISABLED. These changes preserve DISABLED status when downloading and uploading Flow Definitions, aligning with similar capabilities supported through Templates.
