NIFI-9534 Upgrade Log4j 2 BOM from 2.17.0 to 2.17.1

Description of PR

NIFI-9534 Upgrades the Log4j 2 bill of materials dependency from 2.17.0 to 2.17.1.

This upgrade mitigates potential security scan false positives related to Log4j 2 log4j-api and log4j-to-slf4j dependencies. These dependencies are not subject to the same security concerns associated with log4j-core, which NiFi excludes using the Maven Enforcer Plugin.

For all changes:

  in the commit message?

• If adding new Properties, have you added .displayName in addition to .name (programmatic access) for each of the new properties?

For documentation related changes:

• Have you ensured that format looks appropriate for the output in which it is rendered?
