NIFI-9763 Escape VALUE column for Configure Details Auditing

Description of PR

NIFI-9763 Escapes the VALUE column in the insert SQL statement for creating records in the CONFIGURE_DETAILS table, which NiFi uses for auditing flow configuration history. This change is necessary as a result of upgrading to H2 database version 2.1, which made VALUE a reserved word.
