NIFI-9872 Upgrade azure-sdk-bom to 1.2.0 for Sensitive Properties

Description of PR

NIFI-9872 Upgrades Microsoft Azure dependency in nifi-property-protection-azure to use updated libraries based on the azure-sdk-bom dependency version 1.2.0. This upgrade replaces individual dependency versions with the versions supplied through the bill of materials dependency.

Ran the full mvn -T 1C clean install locally, and it built. Will merge once the CI/CD builds finish.
