Summary

NIFI-12570 Upgrades Apache IoTDB dependencies from 1.2.2 to 1.3.0 incorporated several bug fixes and improvements.

Additional changes include removing test dependencies of iotdb-server and associated integration tests due to transitive dependencies on SNAPSHOT versions of Apache Ratis. The integration tests were excluded from regular workflow execution due to instability, so changes include removing the classes from the list.
