Summary

Added the ability to filter by the "Rule Comments" in the UpdateAttribute processor.

Thanks for the improvement @HunterG6700. Initial runtime testing surfaced a syntax problem with the value: 'comments' line, but after correction, it worked as expected. I pushed the change to the branch and will proceed to merge!
