NIFI-13646 Correct Current User Replicated Response Handling

Summary

NIFI-13646 Corrects REST Resource handling of requests for the Current User when processing a response from a replicated request to other cluster members. The impact of failing behavior is limited to the current branch based on recent changes. Updated handling inspects the response type returned to either return the expected object or parse a streaming output according to node response handling.
