Summary

NIFI-14585 Removes Selenium tests from the Registry Web UI module along with the associated Maven profile and dependencies.

These tests are not run in any standard workflows, and have not been maintained. Recent dependency issues such as webdrivermanager highlighted in #9949 highlighted the need to remove these tests.
