This PR completes left items for go binding.
What changes are included in this PR?
Followup PR for #7529. This PR exposes metadata for list operation, so users don't need extra
Statscall when metadata needed.Are there any user-facing changes?
Yes, list return value changed, but it's backward compatible -- only new fields added.
