OPENNLP-1411 Provide equals and hashCode for POSModel

Change

• adds specific equals and hashCode implementations for POSModel, GISModel, and PerceptronModel.
• improves POSModelTest by adding further assertions and fixes two open TODOs.
• adds 'Override' where applicable
