Description

The pluging gradle-git-properties 2.0.0 referenced grgit-core:3.0.0 which is not available anymore (only 4.1.1+). Therefore upgrading to a newer version of gradle-git-properties to unblock the build.

I'm approving and merging even though many tests failing due to another problem (which I think I have a fix for in #5497).
