Move to gradle-git-properties 2.4.2 to unblock build.

Description

The pluging gradle-git-properties 2.0.0 referenced grgit-core:3.0.0 which is not available anymore (only 4.1.1+). Therefore upgrading to a newer version of gradle-git-properties to unblock the build.
