### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR aims to remove `Fedora 35` support. ### Why are the changes needed? `Fedora Linux 35` reached the end of support over 2 years ago (since 2022-12-13). - https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/releases/eol/ Release | EOL since | -- | -- | Fedora Linux 40 | 2025-05-13 | Fedora Linux 39 | 2024-11-26 | Fedora Linux 38 | 2024-05-21 | Fedora Linux 37 | 2023-12-05 | Fedora Linux 36 | 2023-05-16 | Fedora Linux 35 | 2022-12-13 | ### How was this patch tested?
