What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Add transactionInfo field in SnapshotLocalData and update the value on SnapshotPurgeRequest. This would be used to detect if the local yaml file has become orphan and can be deleted once the snapshotPurgeTxn is flushed into the rocksdb.
