What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Containers missing in OM showed an accumulated pipeline list instead of individual pipelines. The List was created outside the loop, so all containers shared the same list.
Moved List pipelines = new ArrayList<>(); inside the forEach loop so each container gets its own list.

How was this patch tested?
This patch was tested by writing junit tests in TestContainerEndPoint and also manually using docker cluster locally.
