What changes were proposed in this pull request?
After HDDS-11072 was merged and CI finished on
master, website update was not triggered. The workflow should reference the other one by name (see examples in doc).https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14695
How was this patch tested?
(Reduced) CI triggered update-ozone-site-config-doc (but job was skipped due to conditions).
