What changes were proposed in this pull request?
In the current code, Datanodes use their own DatanodeComponentVersion and there is no ScmComponentVersion. However, Datanodes and SCM share the same HDDSLayoutFeature for disk versioning. We need to collapse these into a single HDDSVersion in the new versioning framework. The existing DatanodeVersion can simply be renamed to HDDSVersion , since there is no ScmVersion to merge it with.

All existing tests should pass since no functional change is expected. Green on my fork.
