1.x nightly tests have been failing for about a month

• mainly timeouts in http/2 tests (only http/2 tests are affected)
• the main branch (2.x) tests have some issues with some intermittent test fails but not showing same issues with http/2 tests failing every night
• not intermittent - fail in every run since Jan 20 inclusive. Passed on Jan 19.

• not yet clear in changes in this repo are the issue or upstream changes in pekko 1.x snapshots or possibly 3rd party jars
• Building Pekko HTTP 1.4.0-M0+2-a122129b+20260120-0219-SNAPSHOT against Pekko 1.5.0-M0+5-96435679-SNAPSHOT is the first run that failed
• Building Pekko HTTP 1.4.0-M0+2-a122129b+20260119-0219-SNAPSHOT against Pekko 1.5.0-M0+4-5c9d5024-SNAPSHOT passed so maybe something in that Pekko 1.5.0-M0+5-96435679-SNAPSHOT is the cause

@He-Pin apache/pekko#2633 seems to be the most likely cause of what is breaking the http/2 tests.
There aren't really many other changes that could have caused this.

Can we revert that PR to see if it fixes the Pekko HTTP tests and we can add it back if it proves not to be the cause?
