Update broken erlang.org link to use www.erlang.org subdomain. Fix typo: 'retro-actively' → 'retroactively'. Upstream: akka/akka-core@7a5fac8942 Cherry-picked from akka/akka-core v2.8.0, which is now Apache licensed. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Motivation
Documentation contained a broken erlang.org link and a typo in the message delivery reliability page.
Modification
Fixed the erlang.org URL to point to the correct page and corrected a typo in the surrounding text.
Result
Documentation links work correctly and text reads properly.
