…ctors - Add phoenix-5.3 Maven profile with Phoenix 5.3.0 dependency versions (HBase 2.5.12-hadoop3, Hadoop 3.4.2, Omid 1.1.3, hbase-compat 2.5.4) - Inline getUnEscapedFullColumnName in SparkSchemaUtil to handle removal of SchemaUtil.getUnEscapedFullColumnName in Phoenix 5.3.0 (renamed to getUnEscapedFullName). Implementation matches Phoenix 5.3.0 behavior. - Fix Scala 2.11 putAll ambiguity in ProductRDDFunctions for Spark 2 connector compatibility with newer JDK versions. - Changes are backward compatible with Phoenix 5.2.0 (default build).
