No way to configure base path/url for Pinot UI

No config value which allows a change to the base path of the Pinot UI.

If there is a basic ingress configuration that includes a path as opposed to exclusively a host this causes the UI to fail in Kubernetes.

https://github.com/apache/pinot/blob/be18e68c5c10e73d1cc541d35e6d04355aac9921/pinot-controller/src/main/resources/app/utils/axios-config.ts#L83C1-L83C55 it seems to be being set here, should be easy to check if a env has been set and prefix the path if so.
