pinot-admin exceptions are not getting logged

createtable failed because of Kafka issues but there was no error message. Had to check controller log for the error messages

We should do the stream operations (e.g. get number of partitions, in this case) in a separate thread, and report a time-out if that fails. The only problem is that the stream implementation may hang indefinitely, eating up one thread.

For now, even propagating the error message to the user is good enough
