Fix semi-join / pipeline breaker on BYTES and BIG_DECIMAL

• Fixes Semi join pipeline breaker fails with types like BYTES and BIG_DECIMAL in the multi-stage engine #15530
• This patch adds type handling for the two missing SV types, fixes the error message for bad types, and adds tests that fail without the fix in this patch.
