- I searched in the issues and found nothing similar.
What issue do you find in Pulsar docs?
https://pulsar.apache.org/download/ includes many releases but only some sub-links, including:
- https://pulsar.apache.org/download/#release-notes
- https://pulsar.apache.org/download/#current-version-
- https://pulsar.apache.org/download/#release-integrity
- https://pulsar.apache.org/download/#older-releases
However, there are no sub-links to
- Pulsar C++ Client
- Pulsar Manager
- Pulsar Adapters
There are links to the release note, current version and old releases of Pulsar Manager and Pulsar Adapters.
Pulsar Manager:

What is your suggestion?
A better design is to add the direct links to these. e.g.
