The consumer subscribes to a topic and has no output on the log

Describe the bug

topicName: persistent://public/default/test-string5

When a consumer subscribes to a topic, the name of the topic is not output in the consumer log，after deleting topic from conf and creating consumer, the topic is not inserted into conf again. If there are multiple input topics, the output will be normal.

The issue had no activity for 30 days, mark with Stale label.
