That's fine for the 10y length, this is just for unit tests, there's no security problem for actual deployment

Our Test certs expired today which lead to all builds failing.
I have generated new certs which will be valid for the next ten years.
@joefk - had some concerns regarding creating certs which are valid for ten years. Added him to the PR to share his views on the matter.
Once this build passes I will try to replace a few certs expiring in December and then work on trying to remove redundant certs.
