Motivation

License check fails in branch-2.8

org.yaml-snakeyaml-1.30.jar unaccounted for in LICENSE
org.yaml-snakeyaml-1.27.jar mentioned in LICENSE, but not bundled
snakeyaml-1.30.jar unaccounted for in lib/presto/LICENSE
snakeyaml-1.30.jar unaccounted for in lib/presto/LICENSE
snakeyaml-1.27.jar mentioned in lib/presto/LICENSE, but not bundled

It looks like there are issues with the LICENSE/NOTICE.
Error: Process completed with exit code 2.

Modifications

Update snakeyaml version in license files

License check passed. The test failure is caused by #14628 (comment)

better to merge to unblock other pulls against branch-2.8

@nicoloboschi - I think we should probably just cherry pick #13722 to branch-2.8. @lhotari - is there any reason we shouldn't do that?

Thank you @codelipenghui. Closing this, since the underlying issue is now resolved. @nicoloboschi - is it correct to assume that we're seeing this on branch-2.9 and branch-2.10?
