why not remove boost?

We will use rocketmq,but it need boost for cpp,so we must to substitute kafka for rocketmq.

for the current SDK, using the script build.sh, the rocketmq can be built to a dynamic or static library with a built-in boost static library, you don't need to install boost again in runtime env.

@maurodelazeri Don't run build.sh. If you want use re-dev branch, please read "Build and Install" section in README.md first.
rocketmq-client-cpp 2.0 coming soon, but not re-dev branch.

@ifplusor im not using build.sh on re-dev... re-dev works fine for me, the only thing is, I had to add #include <functional> on common.h
I cant compile this the master rocketmq-client-cpp with build.sh, apparently jsoncpp wants a few things that only works on gcc 6 and im using 8

@ifplusor @maurodelazeri, Update jsoncpp to 0.10.7 and make the included in the example/common.h, I think, the build.sh for the master will work well.
is there any other suggestion?
