The re-dev branch cannot be compiled under windows
The project in the win32 folder is actually wrong. Many files have been deleted, but they are still in the project. I suspect that the project file is not maintained.
The vs project generated by cmake cannot be compiled
The win32_build.bat script has not been modified, and it says that it depends on boost

The build script on windows is not update, I have not a windows device. But I think it is not a hard work with latest Visual Studio by cmake.

The reason I do not use the master version is that there is a bug in the master version that the project team cannot accept #340
