Queue stop consume and clentExpireMsg won't work #1190
Description

- topic subscribed by many consume group
- one queue in some consume group will stop consume irregularly
- cleanExpireMsg don't do it's work

And the queue offset diffTotal will keep increasing. The only thing i can do is restart the consumer progress.
I don't konw why the queue will be stucked. Pull request and consumer request are in the different thread poll. And why the clentExpireMsg didn't do it's work?
