if the broker set autoCreateSubscriptionGroup false .That mean must create subscriptionGroup by shell ??
But if the topic have expanded （ from A,B to A,B,C three broker ) That mean the subscriptionGroup must expand the same ( from A,B To A,B,C three Server ) ???
