• What did you do (The steps to reproduce)?

1、create a new topic
2、send message to new topic
3、consumer message to new topic
4、call AdminBrokerProcessor.VIEW_BROKER_STATS_DATA to get topic and consumer StatsMinute StatsDataInHour StatsDataInDay

• What did you expect to see?

StatsDataInHour StatsDataInDay greater than StatsMinute

• What did you see instead?

StatsDataInHour StatsDataInDay less than StatsMinute
