Describe the Bug

Bridging Jul to SLF4J is not working; for example, in opentelemetry, logs will be printed to standard output/standard error. This is because the bridging syntax is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce

Start the broker and observe in AsynchronousMetricStorage; print one log entry.
