We could update the Shiro repo "description"

Currently the Apache Shiro repo description just says "Apache Shiro"

We can add a longer and more useful description for example if it fits:

"Apache Shiro is a powerful and easy-to-use Java security framework that performs authentication, authorization, cryptography, and session management."
