[Feature] Add log report service in Kafka reporter and remove log report channel

Description

With @mrproliu is going to release Satellite 0.2.0 shortly, we have Satellite full support for all protocols and users could choose which parts of data(logs and/or traces) are transporting through Kafka or continue on gRPC.

Use case

Another plus one benefit of this change, mTLS could be supported in log reporting.

@dmsolr will submit PR after @mrproliu finish the release for Satellite.
