Support Solr 9

Solr 9 is released. It would be great with support for that in the operator.

#401 suggests that we're not quite there, but not far from it if it's a complete list of issues?

Thanks for mentioning that issue. It's a little out of date.

The action items there were addressed before the release was made. The release candidates were also tested with the Solr Operator smoke tester to ensure basic functionality.

That does not mean that it is perfectly supported yet, but we will only be able to determine that when people test it out over time. I would suggest giving it a shot if you have a development cluster and see if it works for your use case.

Initial testing using Solr 9 is looking fine. I'll get back should I find something out of order.
