Test build #105765 has finished for PR 24701 at commit 9bb2430.

  • This patch passes all tests.
  • This patch merges cleanly.
  • This patch adds no public classes.

btw, is there any problem if I have a newer version of arrow, like 0.13?

I have the same curiosity. :)
Since this is orthogonal and may need pom.xml, I'll merge this first.
