Select All should unselect after un-selecting any selected item.
Why are the changes needed?
In Web UI, if user selected Select All option and then un-selected one item from them, then Select All option should un-select by default. Similarly if user selecting one by one item and he selected all option then Select All option should auto-select.
Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?

Tested manually
