What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Through code tracking, I found that the folder corresponding to the partition on HDFS is generated by the 'AlterTableAddPartitionCommand' command, and whether the command is executed depends on whether the partition already exists in the metastore, which is the root cause of the non-idempotence. So we need to drop the updated part of the partitions from the metastore to initialize its state.
