Upgrading the react-map-gl to v7, which is agnostic for maplibre/mapbox
Bumping the web-mercator of deckgl preset, so it's the same version as mapbox plugin.

@birkskyum I am very interested in this temporary solution before fully migrating to MapLibre. Do I understand correctly that once this is merged then I can choose to use maplibre as underneath lib in react-map-gl to display the map and if at the same time I use maptiler tiles service then I am cleanly cut off from the MapBox right?

I saw this PR is closed, do you know when this can be merged into master?

At the same time, is it possible to build a Superset docker with this upgrade change and use it local for testing purpose?
