Moved InfoTooltip from being a sibling of the Input to being part of the FormItem label prop. This fixes the misalignment where the icon appeared below the label instead of inline next to "Dataset Name". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
