@storybook/addon-links@10.4.3 requires peer storybook@^10.4.3, but the suite was pinned at 10.4.2, breaking npm ci with ERESOLVE (the failure cascaded to every CI job). Bump storybook, @storybook/addon-docs and @storybook/react-webpack5 to 10.4.3 so the storybook packages stay in lockstep, and regenerate the lockfile. Approving the storybook 10.4.3 suite alignment - this fixes the ERESOLVE peer-lockstep failure that was cascading to every CI job. Will merge whichever goes green first.
