UX confusion: Search bar

Hi, I just wanted to know the functionality of this search bar on top of the about page in the UI. If that is something that's being worked on, I'd love to help out.

It's supposed to be a universal search, which can return public workflows and datasets as a result. If it doesn't work, feel free to make an issue and work on it.

Ah ok, I see. I just tested the functionality, and it seems to be working. I'm just not sure about the Project section. Is it something that the user gets assigned by the admin, or can the user create their own projects? If the user can create their own projects, I don't see a section for that.
