Classpath argument is too long for server startup bash script

The server and worker startup bash script doesn't work because the command line cannot take the enormous list of classpath argument.

@bobbai00 Is this still an issue? I believe this issue was fixed for Windows a while ago. I think @carloea2 worked on it.

@chenlica, can this issue be closed? This was fixed by @carloea2 a while ago. Also, I'm not a Windows user, so I can't diagnose or fix this issue.
