Set group operators not visible in the workflow editor panel

What happened?

The Set operator group (Union, Intersect, Difference, and SymmetricDifference) does not appear in the workflow editor's left-panel operator menu. As a result, these four operators are currently unreachable unless they are searched by name directly.

How to reproduce?

1. Open the workflow editor
2. Look through all operator groups in the left panel
