Compute status does not update in compute tab until you refresh the page

What happened?

Compute status should turn to ready (green) within a few seconds, but on https://hub.texera.io/dashboard/user/compute, the status doesn't update until you refresh the page. However, in workflows, the status updates automatically, so it should be able to update automatically on the compute tab too.

In the workflow (how it should work):

Note how the status turns to green within a couple seconds.

On the compute tab (the bug):

Note how the status remains pending (orange) for longer than it should, until the page is refreshed.

How to reproduce?

Go to https://hub.texera.io/dashboard/user/compute and click on "Create Computing Unit".

I know this endpoint has some issue with user sys. i.e., if a user change event happens in a wrong order, this end point might always use null user to request.
